Hi,

Does an Asus Z87-Pro have an on-board speaker (for basic computer sounds, beeps, etc.)? If not, is there an easy way to add one to the motherboard or somewhere else within the (Corsair 300R) case? Or is the only solution to use external speakers?

Is there a way to make the disk LED light up on the top/front panel of the (Corsair 300R) case to display disk activity? (It might only be useful for IDE drives?) I have a SSD, a mechanical hard drive, and a DVD installed in the case. The SSD is my primary boot drive; it would be nice if the light on the top/front panel of the case would show disk activity from one or all of the disks.

Thanks

Hi,
For beeps you have to buy and connect a case speaker to the board's front panel header:

For sound you have to connect PC speakers to the front case or back motherboard audio ports:

The front HDD led gets connected to the board front panel header. If not working, switch wires/polarity.
