$150 graphics card

i recently built a computer and i am looking to get a graphics card. I would like to spend around $150 but i can spend more if needed.
Do you think 2gb would be better than 1?
My current specs are
i5 3570k cpu
asrock z77 pro3 mobo
8gb ram
1tb hdd
500w psu

Amazon has the ASUS or the Gigabyte versions for $180, but they're out of stock. Newegg has the HIS versions (Good cooler, non-reference) for $190. If you can stretch that far i'd say go for it. If not, the not quite as fast, but still adequate 7850 can be...

Look at an R9 270, you might find one for around $160-$180. There is no current gen Nvidia equivalent, at least for now. You could look at the 7850 or the GTX 660 if there is one going cheap enough.
