asus crosshair V formula-Z compatible RAM

Hey I'm a noob and started buying parts to build a gaming computer, so far I have as follows.
motherboard: Asus crosshair V Formula-Z FX990
CPU: AMD 8 core piledriver 9590 4.7GHz (5.GHz turbo)
what RAM can I use? I was looking at corsair vengeance 8GB (2X4GB) 2133MHz or the corsair dominator platinum 8GB (2X4GB) 2133MHz, can I use either and if not what would you suggest?

Once I knew my CPU would be limited to around 1866MHz it narrowed down my search and found that this specific range of AMD CPU's can only us up to the max of 1866MHz.

Thanks again, this thread has now been ultimately answered :)
