looking to build a budget gaming system

im currently in the middle of building my system up from an old machine that went tits up.

now looking to change mobo again as ive oc the Athlon to 3.3 and temps are lovely and low but finding that the vrms are having problems

currently have:

msi 970a-g46 (which ive now found out is shit but did purchase it for this system)
amd Athlon 2x2 215 (processor from old system I know needs upgrading)
12gb ram at 1600mhz 8gb crucial and 4gb Kingston
asus r7 260x 2gb oc
corsair 500w gold psu
500 gb wd hdd
akasa venom cpu cooler
Casecom CS-13 (Matrix) Full Tower ATX Case

so what im asking is for a mobo and processor recommendation upto £200 roughly ive always used amd but am open to offers on intel aswell and ideally looking to oc to make the most of what I can.

ty for your recommendations I suppose I forgot to state what im going to be playing.

I play eve diablo3 and supreme commander which aren't the most demanding games but ideally want a system that's going to last a few years
