This is basically going to be the build for my gaming PC. As this is my first build, I want to take a few precautions when purchasing all the parts. Will all of these parts fit/function altogether, or should I alter anything? And as far as performance, is this build capable of running games such as BF4 at high/very high/ultra settings at a good FPS (30-60)?

You don't need that expensive cooling for the CPU since any decent air cooler will get the job done (you'd want a 990FX board if you want extreme overclocking)

You don't need a 750W PSU for that setup, and that deal on the CX 750 is nearly expired too (added a high quality Antec HCG series)

It'd also be worthwhile to spend a little extra towards a better card like the GTX 760

Also added an SSD for quick OS booting
