Thoughts about build?

I was thinking of trying to make these parts a build. I was wondering if these parts would be able to fit together? I do plan on overclocking the cpu and running a water cooling system to the cpu.
1.Azza Genesis 9000B case
2. Intel Core i7-3960x unlocked
3.Asus Rampage 4 extreme/ or Asus rampage 4 black edition.
4. Gskill ripjaws x series ram 2x8gb sticks. DDR3 1600 (pc312800)
5.Corsair professional ax series 1200W power supply
6.2x WD 1 TB hard drives Sata 6gb/s
7.1xEVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti video Card x16
???

Dang those are some pretty high end parts. Did you try putting your parts into pcpartspicker.com? It will tell you if your build is compatible.

Also this website might help too

Also did you consider using an SSD over one of your HDDs? They're really good as boot drives
