Installing operating system through UEFI with on-HDD backup?

(panicked when there wasn't an operating systems subforum, didn't know where to put this)

So, I recently bought a brand-new MSi motherboard (970A-G46 -- version 2, which comes with UEFI --, to be exact), and found out that I needed to replace my windows 7 disk (damaged and such), but I don't have any blank CDs to put my backup of the disk on. Is there any way I can boot that backup without putting it on a disk, through UEFI? It's on a separate partition already; I'm really careful with that stuff.

Solution
Like smorizo said there are tools to do it by USB, but there is no way to do it off an internal hard disk that I know of.

I guess using one of the ISO to USB tools, you might be able to install it on a 2nd hard drive since they work pretty similar, but it would wipe the drive. Also if you only have one drive it wouldn't work at all, and even if you have two drives its only plausible at best.
