Overclocking help please, E4500

So i am overclocking a Core 2 duo E4500 2.2 ghz, i have a Cooler master 212 evo installed and have succesfully overclocked to 2.65 ghz, any further and it restarts pc and sets back to 2.2 ghz. I am havent changed any settings except frequncy. help apreciated, also my Vscore is set at 1.376 my DDR is 2.016 and VBAT is 3.104, at the moment my temps are around 28-35 idle and 45-55 100% load

you need to change(add) voltage and adjust ram speed(this is your most likely problem)... Make your RAM close as possible to stock speed, changing the base clock will change the ram clock so your basically limited in overclocking despite voltage...

Can you specifecly tell me how to do this? im very new to this. I know how to get in bios obviously but what do you mean by make RAM stock speeds which speed? and how much should i change voltage?
