I am buying Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H Motherboard
which says that it can support 3 system fans, but i want at least 5 fans.
is there any solution?

Solution
Yes you can connect your other fans to a molex connector right to the PSU, or all your fans can be connected that way. Also you can split and put 2 fans on 1 MOBO header as long as they don't exceed recommended volts or watts.

Yea the fans you connect to the motherboard can be temperature controlled. So the CPU cooler fan is one that should be connected thru the mobo. The ones uu connect through a power supply will be at full power all the time.

Motherboard has:
1 x CPU fan header
3 x system fan headers

Most motherboards have a 4-pin CPU header that is PWN (Pulse-width modulation) controlled.
The system fan headers are 3 pin that run off standard DC voltage (positive, negative, and RPM signal) that can be controlled by the motherboard fan controller software and have RPMs monitored.
You can hook up more fans to a DC line on the power supply. They are not monitored by the motherboard. No need to buy up a lot of PWN fans as usually the CPU fan is the only PWN one.
