I overclocked my Intel Pentium Dual Core e2220 from 2.40ghz to 3.00ghz my bus speed is now 249 instead of 200 so is my overclock safe?

it's still safe temp and Vcore :D as long as stable , but your idle temp goes over 40C you're probably too hot and fix air flow .. good luck bro

It's not clock speed that will determine "safety", but instead voltage and heat. Too high voltage, you could be damaging your CPU - with higher voltage, you also generate more heat, which will further damage or decrease the life of your CPU.

My Programs says 1.336V is my voltage and my temperture when idle is 45C and when playing a game like minecraft 66C hows that?
