Hi, I'm trying to figure out if I can keep a AMD FX-9370 cool enough without needing a liquid cooling system or a Noctua NH-D14.

I'm using a Level 10 GT case - 200mm fan Front, 140mm Rear, 200mm top. And most likely a XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283 as the sink.
Please let me know what you think I've never had a CPU that runs this hot before. Thanks for all the help!

Solution
You CAN, its going to be very hard and more expensive than liquid cooling.
That CPU puts out way too much heat to not use liquid.
