and yeah, if your monitor is at 60Hz which you probably it is only showing 30fps so plenty of extra fps there. 120Hz is 60fps so your fine anyways

If you're averaging 60 to 70FPS then you don't have everything maxed out. You really want to be running at a SOLID 60FPS with VSYNC ON anyway to avoid screen tearing.
