CPU and Graphics Card Temp during gamplay

I want to know the temperature of my components while running a game and I think I need software that logs/ records temperatures or gives me the max temp over a period of time, like how ever long the program has been running. Does anyone have advice?

A good software (that I use) is MSI Afterburner. It is an overclocking tool, but it shows many GPU and CPU charts. To find CPU temps, you will have to scroll down the list.
It shows 1. GPU temps, usage, etc... 2. CPU Usage and temps per core 3. RAM usage.
