I'm building a homework computer that's going to be game free.
Only requirement is that it can watch youtube videos at HD quality.

I narrowed my search down to these two CPUS (if there are better ones in this $60 price range that includes graphics please let me know)

G3220
G1630

So the G3220 will be more expensive (LGA150) but I'm having trouble picking out a good MOBO. I prefer Micro ATX so it'll be cheaper.
I won't be looking to add a graphics card and Ram will be 2x2GB or 2x3GB (depends on price)

What CPU+ MOBO combo would you go with? (I have a SSD as well 256gb)

More about : intel g3220 g1630

Typically I would suggest for a lower budget to go with the AMD route, for under $60 you get get an AMD A6 APU. This is overkill for what you will be using it for, but if you can get all the extra performance for roughly the same price then I don't see why you wouldn't. If you pair that APU with something like the MSI FM2-A55M-E33 then you will have a cheap powerhouse.

That being said, if your heart is set in Intel, like mine would be, I would grab the Pentium and something like the MSI H81M-P33

I was under the assumption that AMD's require you to get a graphics card. (Unless the MOBO has integrated?)

Nope, by AMD's definition any CPU that has a graphics core.... Sort of like a graphics card, on the CPU itself is and APU. So, the Celeron, Pentium and the A6 are all APU's that have a graphics core on the CPU which can be used by the HDMI or VGA output on the back of the motherboard
