Hello, I have an ASUS z87-a mobo. After about 2 months of usage the board won't boot. I have tested all the other components separately and they all work fine, but the motherboard wont start. When I try to boot it, the fans spin up, the hard drive also spins but there is no POST signal what so ever. When I took the CPU off to get it ready for a return I saw that there are 2 or 3 slightly bent pins(they are all still aligned and all but just a little different from the others). Can this be a reason for an RMA to be refused(given that the signal can't even reach the CPU, no POST signals)?

generally bent pins = warranty void

regardless of the pins, lodge the rma as something like "intermittent post" or "crashes system" (always use intermittent in case it DOES work for them)

just make sure it is your motherboard and not something else
