evga gtx 670 vanilla weird sounds??

ill hear what sounds like the fan wobbling, and other times buzzing or vibrating. nothing seems to make the card make these sound other than skyrim and farcry 3 blood dragon. i have a 3year warranty. but im pretty sure there are no more vanilla cards. so what would happen? and should i even rma?? thanks in advance.

Oh dear, you'd have to contact the manufacturer directly (whether it's Asus, MSI or EVGA etc.)

From what I've seen so far there should still be some 670s in stock, hopefully you can get a replacement soon

If it's coil whine, then it's usually considered normal behaviour for a GPU when rendering a high number of frames, setting adaptive Vsync in the control panel would alleviate that, no guarantee that a replacement wouldn't have coil whine though, it's a luck based thing

If it sounds like the fan bearing is dying then it'd be a good idea to RMA it, wouldn't want the fan to crap out one day
