hey, im new to overclocing and all that, just got my new pc and am messing wih the settings in ASUS's GPU tweak.
My GPU is an ASUS R9 280X, i currently have it up to 1100MHz and it running at a temp of 52C... If im not misstaken, overclocking too much could cause permanent problems so i wanted to ask you guys what you would set my cards overclocking abilities to?
How high could i go and what temp should i stay under?
also, will i see much of performance increase if i only OC the GPU... im stuck with a crappy stock cooler for now so im staying away from OC's to the CPU.
If it helps my motherboard is an M5A97 R2.0...
