Hello, i'd like to build a gaming pc for the first time, i'm clueless as far as which part is the best for gaming. I found a pretty nice case i found its the NZXT Guardian 921 RB, and hopefully someone can help me build a gaming pc around it.

I want a pc that would be able to go to normal/max settings without a problem. I have a monitor, but i need OS. I'll be playing games like Minecraft, COD, Arma 2 and many other games. I'd like to thank everybody in advance for your time.

4670k $220.
GTX 770 $320.
8 gb ram upto $80.
A good quality psu around $90.
And storage devices like HDD or sata. It's your choice.
And then spend the rest of the money to buy the best motherboard you can afford.

the evo 212 cooler wont fit with the side case fan. you need a air fan that 144cm or shorter with fan. the evo will work but you lose the side fan. window 7 or 8.1 is 100.00. left out the video card as there newer aftermarket r cards dropping with better heat sinks and more ram and nvidia in a few weeks is dropping there new 800 line of gpus.

Both are exactly the same, except one is intel and the other is AMD and the intel is a bit over budget

If you can spend the extra dollars, definitely go with the intel, else the AMD is good

I'm open to the idea of another case that will fit all the components in and looks nice. I'm in no hurry on building it, but i'll probably start buying in April.
