Hi i have a I3-3225 with intel HD graphics 4000 but i can't seem to enable it when i plug a adapter into the motherboard slot when i try to install the driver off of intels website it says i dont meet minimum requirements to install it i am asking this because my radeon hd 7850 died 2 days ago and i wont be getting a new on for a few days Thanks!

joe in the bios under primany display is two setings on intel mb with ipgpus. one is to set the main video first. (default is auto) then there ipgpu and then peg/pci/. if it set to auto leave it alone. under that most times is another setting called muilt monitor. by default it set to off. if you want to use a gpu and the ipgpu at the same time this has to be set to enabled. then when you reboot under device managers should show up the intel video card if your cpu has the cpu built in.

Go to the PC vendor support site and install the chipset and video drivers from there. If you are getting an image on the screen you don't have to mess with the BIOS. PEG is the add-on card (PCI Express Graphics) IGD is "Inter Graded"
If it's a home built system, you can get the drivers from the motherboard vendor.
