Constant rebooting, no display or sound need help

Hello guys I have a little problem I was gaming and what happenend my pc shuted down then rebooted and did not went to windows instead it just locked on motherboards logo than it keept rebooting itself.Now the Dram led is on which indicates that there is ram fault however i can only hear beep messages only when I take the ram out the pc turns on quickly reboots and keeps it self on without any display on screen or sound I thought that the motherboard failed so I bought new one and the situation seems to be kind of worse because it boots quickly restarts and than keeps restarting every 20 seconds or so any help what so ever would be appriaciated btw the power supply is 3months olds so I dont think that it is the fault in there.

So you did buy a new Motherboard? And how many sticks of RAM do you have in the computer? might try individual sticks, or trying different RAM slots. Also might try resetting the BIOS on the motherboard.

I got 2 sticks i tried them seperately on both of the motherboards. How can I reset bios without having acces to it through the screen CMOS?

On the motherboard you will see a large circular batter, looks like an oversized watch battery. Unplug the power supply first, then pop that battery out for a good 30 seconds, then put it back in. This will reset the motherboad.

Also, what beep sequence are you getting?

Nothing changed when I reseted bios. I only get beep signals if I take out RAM 3 beeps with short pauses.
