I know what PSU I need I only want to know how much it will cost to run.
1. At low power consumption (word, excell)
2. at medium (browsing, watching 1080p youtube videos)
3. At full blast (gaming)

My rig:

Gigabyte G1.SNIPER Z87 Motherboard

no one could possibly give you a definitive answer you would have to fit a meter ( like this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Energenie-ENER007-Power-Meter/dp/B003ELLGDC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388674513&sr=8-1&keywords=Energy+Monitor+Power+Meter ) on the power supply and check how many units of electricity you are using and then check how much you are been charged per unit of electricity from your supplier and do the maths i actually think there is a function on the meter i linked that does it for you

well you should have looked at a i5 with 65W tdp yours is 84W. All i5 are good no need for top of the line if you care about power consumption. i5 4670s would have been better low tdp lower temperatures as for gpu that is the main killer in you system that one consumes like a horse :) a gtx 760 with 170Wtdp would have been better since the diference between 760 and 770 is really minimal. your gpu eats 230W. in the end you might have come with a 79w less. i am a maniac when it comes about power consumption since i care to be lower.

I'm not asking for exact figures just numbers like say it is 500+w max would it be about 200w medium or 400 because I just don't know the drop off, btw i do have something to limit the power consumption on my cpu and gpu

TDP is the thermal capacity that the component can hold, it isn't the amount of watts it draws..

I'm probally going to get a Corsair H100i so the thermals won't me much of a problem as I will probally not be overclocking
