The deluxe has a Wireless module, Asrock does not
4 case fan headers on the deluxe only one on the Asrock
The deluxe has 6 Sata ports, 4 on the Asrock
And the deluxe will supposedly take bigger CPU coolers
Those are the main notable things that i noticed there may be other differences.
