Hi guys. Wondering if you could help me ? ( Sorry if it's a completely noob question ) I'm currently running dual monitors ( Asus running on DVI and HDMI cable and a Dell on DVI ) with a Nvidia GTX 680. I want to run triple monitor and tried a couple of times, but i can't connect all the screens at same time, even though i have a adapter for DVI and VGA.. Could you help me ? Thanks :)!

Solution
most monitors that have multiple inputs have inside the menu a way to swap the input. you will need to swap the input over to the HDMI.
@ Pill Junkey, I believe he is running a single card.

@ Egholmen why do you have one monitor with 2 video inputs going to it? it should only be one. The Asus is what I am referring to. remove the second cable then try to run triple monitors.

Yeah, but when i try to disconnect the DVI on the Asus the power just goes off, and it says "DVI CABLE NOT FOUND".. The strange thing is that i still have the HDMI connected :/

I'd like to help but my 3 monitor setup is different.
I have 2 with StarTech Mini DisplayPort to DVI Active Adapter and 1 DVI-D connection.
I don't believe that your Nvidia card is able to use that setup. I think it maybe possible with a DisplayLink multi monitor adaptor.
