I live in the UAE so some monitors ship to here and some dont. ONLY USE AMAZON please.

24-27inch No less or no more.
1080P higher is good
Like 1200
Matte screen..if you find something really good but not matte, thats fine, let me know
IPS AND LED!! I need IPS AND LED please
OPTIONAL- Built in speakers. I need this but im sure there are great screen out there without them so if it has it, Great!
