i want to know which cpu is best for me as i am going to buy a gtx 780 .
range of cpu is approx 35000 pkr or $330.
also tell me about cpu that can run two gpu's in given range.

Solution

that budget is quite low for everything including: Processor , HDD , Motherboard, Dvd writer , Ram , PSU , Case etc..

and i guess...

i5 3570k or i5 4670k or i7 3770k or amd fx8350 or.. a couple more.. these are good cpus for what u need. Basically any cpu that is ~>200 usd is very very good for a high end gaming system.

best would be this http://www.czone.com.pk/processors-intel-core-i5-processors-intel-core-i5-4670k-haswell-3.4ghz-lga-1150-84w-quad-core-desktop-processor-pakistan-p.1853.aspx

i.e. i5 4670k ! and just get a good mobo for rest price.
or an i7 for 38k however that isnt recommended. and the i5 is enough for gaming and no bottleneck for dual gpus.
a mobo like this one is good ,it supports dual GPU for nvidia(SLI):

plz consider that i meant a complete desktop system and not just a processor.

that budget is quite low for everything including: Processor , HDD , Motherboard, Dvd writer , Ram , PSU , Case etc..

and i guess anything in that budget will easily bottleneck your GPU.
so better drop down GPU to something lower like 770 or even 760 and spend in other stuff.
and to get a balanced build b/w CPU and GPU!

P.S: cannot find a good processor + mobo cuz i couldnt see AMD component list anywhere on Pak websites. (or give some website where we can find one,however bottlenecks will be there if you have dual gpu with anything more than 770 or similar, AND you will be needing an expensive pSU too).
[I READ JUST NOW there is hardly any AMD cpu available , if it is then much expensive even more than intel ]
so that means you have to stick with intel i guess so atleast an i5 4440 or 4670k is needed for a good gaming PC.
excluding CPU and mobo:
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM -> Rs. 7,050.00
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 630W Power Supply - SPS-630M -> Rs. 6,400.00
CASE: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition - VM30001W2Z -> Rs. 2,100.00
DVD Writer: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive -> Rs. 4,500.00
Total: 20,050
so for a good CPU to handle a HIGH end GPU you need something like i5 as i mentioned.
or i3 4130 with some medium end GPU like 760 or an AMD alternatives.
and some same priced mobo for either CPU.
