My motherboard sits too low in my case to reach the I/O plate

I recently purchased an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard and a NZXT Phantom ATX full tower to house it. Both meet ATX form factors, but when I try to install it, it sits about a centimeter too low to line up with the I/O plate, and is too low to install anything into the PCI ports. Is there a way to raise it so that it lines up properly?

Solution
Actually I contacted NZXT and they said they have spacers to solve this, and my case simply didn't have them included like it should have. Thanks for the help though!
