Ok , I'm going to move from consoles to desktop PCs , and this is the Rig i have in mind. I don't know much about these things when it comes to compatibility so can you tell me if they are compatible ? and are they good for gaming at high settings 1080p?

Motherboard : Asus Z87 - PLUS
CPU : Intel Core i5 4430 @3.0 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost DirectCU II OC Edition
RAM : 1x8 GB Corsair 1600 MHz XMS3
Hard Drive : Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
PSU : POWER GREEN GP480A-EU (480 Watt)

First off, welcome to the club of PC Master Race.
Next, all good except you should switch to 2x4GB RAM, for more bandwidth. And you should go with a CX 430W. It is less in wattage, but when you talk PSU then its a matter of brand over power. So go with a Corsair 430W or jump to a: SeaSonic, Rosewill, Corsair, XFX, or Fractal Design 500W PSU

Erm. Well...It will work, but you can do a lot better.

Price range? What country are you doing this from?

Basically, I'd change everything except for the Motherboard and Hard Drive, but without a price range its hard to suggest anything.

OOOOhh. I forgot to mention that you should get another motherboard. Your CPU is locked at its current frewuency, and therefore cannot Overclock. That makes your motherboard useless. You currently have a motherboard desiged to Overclock, so either step it up to a i5 4670K or drop to an H87 motherboard

I've looked at the same difference with my current build. There isn't a price difference between the 2 (H87 and Z87) and the Z87's have better features.

Yes, that is true. Can save money by downgrading the motherboard to an H87 ($88 on newegg) and get an 4670 for the same price of the current config.

thanks for the reply . well , i checked on the internet before and it said the only difference between 1x8GB and 2x4GB are the number of slots they take and didn't say anything about bandwidth? also , game-debate.com said the best PSU match for my GPU is a 450 Watt and 24 amp PSU and currently i coud either go for 430 watt or 480 , nothing in between.

Ok , checked prices here and if i went for a H87 Pro instead of Z87 PLUS , i could get Intel Core i5 4670K but i think that's too much so should i go for i5 4670?
