Are micro-atx builds hard to cool?

I was thinking of building a micro atx pc but I'm worried the temps and generally airflow will be hard to maintain/stay cool.

Solution
As stated, it depends on the case. Some cases can have better airflow than others. It also depends on what components you intend on using. Large components a like a GTX Titan can block airflow (assuming it will fit).

Assuming you will install a graphics card, you want one that exhaust hot air out the back of the case instead of simply dumping it directly inside the case.

would you classify the Bitfenix Prodigy/M as having good airflow?
