As stated, it depends on the case. Some cases can have better airflow than others. It also depends on what components you intend on using. Large components a like a GTX Titan can block airflow (assuming it will fit).
Assuming you will install a graphics card, you want one that exhaust hot air out the back of the case instead of simply dumping it directly inside the case.

Tower ones, IMO, are just as easy to cool as Mid or Full tower ATX cases.
Cube ones may have lesser airflow compared to Mid ATX, but I would just get a mITX cube case than a uATX one.
