I want to ask will e5400 will bottleneck HD 7750
Processor= dual core e5400
Ram= 3gb
Mobo=dg41rq
PSU=400 w

I am new to toms hardware so pls correct my mistakes

It will bottleneck it, of that there can be no doubt. However, whether it bottlenecks it enough to make it unusable for your specific purposes is another story. My advice is to get the card and see what happens. If it's not good enough, upgrade the CPU to a Core2Quad if you can find one and then all should be well. I have a feeling that you'll be happy with what you already have though. Most games are GPU heavy so the CPU is not as relevant. The only thing I can forsee as a problem is that for modern games, two cores just isn't enough. You generally need at least 4 cores for maximum benefit.

I wouldnt call it a 'bottleneck' as such, because the cpu will only handle old games but this way they look 'ACE' ..I am currently playing fallout nvegas on a e6600/3850, and its fun but would be more so with that gpu. ;#} Think more on the lines of 'visually maxed out'
