Hi
Just a quick question here. I want to get a new GPU so that i can take advantage of my 1440p monitor becuase my 660TI won't be able to. What should I get the AMD R9 290 or the GTX 780?
I was certain that i was going to get an non-reference 290 however the prices listed on overclockers.co.uk are around £370- £390 and for that kind of money i could be looking at a 780?
Why are the non-reference cooled 290s so much more expensive than the stock ones (£300-£350). I know that the 290 are popular for Bitcoin miners but this is a huge difference.
So yeah... 780 or 290?
Thanks
