Hello, I am looking to upgrade from 32 bit Windows 7 on my computer to 64 bit Windows on my computer. I was wondering if there is any chance of me losing data or games through doing this and if there are any extra steps I should take to ensure that I don't lose anything. Thanks in advance.

just move your important data from the partition having windows to other partition of your hard drive make sure your data is copied. You will have to reinstall all 3rd party applications again.

With a hardware, or major software change, there is always a chance of losing your 'stuff'.
Copy it elsewhere, and have it offline during the change. If nothing bad goes wrong, no problem.
If, for whatever reason...things go south, you'll be glad you had another copy.
