E enemy1g Honorable Oct 3, 2013 2,224 1 12,460 Jan 2, 2014 #4 Performance equivalent is the i5-4670k (and sometimes better). Physical cores would be the i7-3960X/3970X I would suggest gettin a i5-4670k and grabbing an ASUS Z87-A/PLUS/PRO (three different motherboards), an ASRock Z87 Extreme4, or a MSI Z87-G41/43/45. Lessthannil Honorable Oct 14, 2013 468 0 10,860 Jan 2, 2014 #5 I would say the in game performance of the 8320 is pretty much on par with an I5-2500K now, both at stock. In multithreaded tasks, probably a I7 3770k. Once you overclock to the 4.0s you can start taking on the Ivy bridge I5s. Upvote 0 Downvote
