First time using newegg and probably the last

Hello, first off let me say this is the first time ive ever used newegg, and maybe im overreacting, but it shouldnt take 4 days to ship an item. So, monday morning 10am pacific time i ordered a graphics card from newegg, and chose the 2 day shipping (i know it has nothing to do with processing time). Here it is thursday and the fricken graphics card still says its in packaging. I am very upset with newegg's service, ive heard so many great things about them. It has been past that 24-48 hour processing time. It should've been shipped that monday, and i dont understand why it wasnt. I know they are busy, but come on they are used to it. What are your guys opinion on newegg's processing and handling?

if thats how you feel. then you dont ever have to use newegg. but in the checkout it stated that holidays would cause slower shipping to me it seems you neglected to read or accept that fact. as far as i can see everything is shipping the way it should. holidays are tough for everyone. it would be nice if people understood the chaos holidays bring for stores and shipping companys.

newegg posted to all users that shipping might be a little slow due to the holidays. so in my opinion everything is going just fine. i dont see any reason to be mad at newegg. next time you want it shipped on time i suggest doing so before or after holidays.

The warning was to let people know that anyone who ordered between Dec 29th and Jan 2nd may experience delays with their orders due to year end inventory. So if you wanna get upset about that, im sure Newegg wont miss your business. You posted about this a few days ago. Kinda silly that youd get upset when you ordered it 2 business days ago.

They said right on their webpage that it would take longer than normal to process orders. Did you just not read this, ignore this, think it doesn't apply to you because you're special, or what?
