I had some questions about my specific motherboard and what kind of PSU it could handle, my friend advised me to ask here so any help would be appreciated.
It's an old Dell computer (I believe inspiron 570), around 4-5 years specs:
Graphics: Radeon HD 4200
CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 240 2.8 GHz
MOBO (screenshot above): 04GJJT
Anyways I'm wondering if my computer will be able to handle a decent PSU for example a Antec VP450 450W Continuous Power Supply, im looking to run again a decent GPU, for that I need a better PSU, decent meaning like the ati radeon hd 5570 or a bit better.
The size, power of a power supply etc doesnt matter for your motherboard, you could put 2 corsair ax1200w units in there and nothing would happen. Just measure the one you want to buy and compare it to the one you have right now to make absolutely sure it'll fit
