Any thoughts on this build would be great. If there is any other parts that are better for like$10 more or so I would upgrade to it. Thanks!

Thing is, you're spending a lot on your motherboard, and your other components are kind of lacking.

Suggestion would be to grab a 970 chipset motherboard (or stay with the 990 as it is a great motherboard and would allow you to upgrade to the 8320). Downgrade to a 6300 as the 6350 is just an overclocked version of the 6300. Get a CPU cooler, overclock the 6300, and grab a r9 270x.
