What PSU does the $699 X51 come with?

I know there are two options, the 240w, and the 330w, but I was wondering which one will be shipped with the stock i3 X51 (Upgraded to 8gb of RAM if that makes any difference). Assuming it is the 240w, will that be enough if I don't plan on making any upgrades?
Also, if it's not too much trouble, anyone be able to tell me if this alienware (i3, gtx 645) would be able to play all of the Total War games, including Rome 2? I really don't mind if I have to settle for medium/low settings ... I just want to play them.
Thanks

Hi - Just be aware that the total power wattage of the PSU has no affect on the power being pulled from the wall
The PSU pulls only the power that the PC components are demanding at any point in time.

This is affected by the PSU's efficiency though. For example a 500w bronze efficiency PSU will pull less
AC from the wall than a 240w PSU with lower than bronze efficiency.

On the configuration menus, it says that there are only the 240w and 330w options ... am I just missing something? And I know that it's not upgradable in the least, but assuming it can handle the total war games I am truly content :D

I know that this set-up isn't that great, but I have some power issues where I live, so I really can't go over 240w which is why this x51 is what I want. I'm not a hardcore gamer anyway, mostly strategy games which I don't need to max out to enjoy
