You may be at the end of the proverbial rope. If the data is that important to you then you may need to have a recovery company engaged however this would incur a hefty cost i.e. $1200+
There are some tricks out there that you can Google however none of them will guarantee the recovery of your data.
I for one would attempt to remove the HDD from the enclosure and attempt to connect the HDD directly to the system but you may have issues as today's mobo's are all SATA based. However you can purchase the following which I have and has saved my bacon a few...

With the drive not running, do you hear anything rattling within the case, that might indicate a connector snapped off?
