Can I play these TW games?

- I-3 4130 processor
- 8 gb RAM
-gtx 645 1GB
I have looked at a lot of websites and checked these parts, and it looks as if I can run everything including Rome 2, yet all I hear is how bad the 645 is. All I want to know is if that set-up can play Napoleon, Empire, Rome 2, even if it's low-medium.

game debate is okay, it gives you hardware specifications but if you don't know what they mean then there's no point in looking at them

and this set up should be able to play those games, albeit at lower resolutions and qualities

Will I absolutely need a better gpu to run them, though? Long story-short, I need to stick with this line-up, so is it worth getting at all?
