Ok, I finally got one Corsair instead CX750.

The PSU does make a lot of noise when playing games

GPU Temperature is 69 to 71 degrees Celsius<-is that normal?

Is there a certain temperature that should not be surpassing?

Solution
That is a fine GPU temp! Mid 90's is the max temp for most modern GPU's so people need not to worry until they start climbing in the 80's.
