I have a gateway dx 4860 which came with a case with multiple light. The hard drive light, a string of LEDs all controlled by one button, and the power button light. Everything is working fine, but the power button light is flickering. I can't make a pattern of it. I recently changed my PSU and graphics card, but the power button light problem didn't start until about a week after the swap out. Is this a tiny problem I'm just going to have to deal with, or is this signaling something more important like a problem with my psu?

My set up is:
i3 2120 3.3 GHz
thermaltake 600 watt psu
MSI GTX 650 Ti
6 GB ram
1 TB hard drive

I don't know if that helps. I know a lot about computers, but I have no idea what to make of this. Please help

Quick update: The light turned off completely for a few minutes and then starting flickering again. These patterns don't make any sense. Windows 7 is working fine though.

my power button LED flickers sometimes on my Corsair 600T case due to a lose solder connection.
I re soldered it but it did not last.
On another rig Store bought HP the power button failed completely and I found a direct replacement on eBay for $12.00
