would the performance of a 3 way crossfired Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card be able to handle battlefield 4 and othe next gen games for in ultra or high settings in 1080p or higher? or it doesn't help change the graphics any better than what one card would do?

One will do, 3-way crossfire is overkill and a bit ridiculous. Save yourself some money and your electric bill. If you really want to crossfire, get one card now and if you see your performance decrease as newer games come out then upgrade to a two card solution and so on.

I don't think those video cards will be able to handle My Little Pony games at even low settings at 800x600. Try this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA3SD...

He is talking about the AMD Radeon R9 280X, The card you linked doesn't even have the ability to be crossfired.

That was obviously a joke, yes, the R9 280X's will be able to handle anything you throw at 'em
