i have a big problem
somehow my externala hard disk wont open and the computer give sme the only optionof "formating" the disk... i dont have any back up and i dont want to erase my files is there a way to make the back up without directly accessing the disk (because i cant open the disk from the normal explorer) or any other suggestions to keep my files and be able to access them?
