Guessing this is a 7850. If they are both certainly GDDR5 versions, get the 2GB one, just make sure to avoid GDDR3 cards.

More Memory -- More Resolution,More memory intensive games and apps. That's all. If you have a smaller monitor, and a not-so-big CPU, 1gb gddr5 graphics is the best.
