Can't get to the bios in windows Vista.

Using Windows Vista on a hp desktop..Loads the bios,screen comes up asking for options to go to ..Setup,,Boot Menu..will NOT go past that screen..Help please..Thanks

what's it do? you can't EXIT without Saving or anything? it just freezes?

if the options are greyed out then the computer isn't able to change any of them, or the motherboard doesn't see the hardware properly
