Okay so i was playing a game until the screen and computer shuts off and i looked at my power button....and it was blinking for a while before stopping. So what i did was i replaced my 300 WATT power supply with a Corsair 750 Watt power supply. When i installed it i turned it on......nothing happened. So i looked in my case again and saw that the RAM wasn't placed correctly so i fixed it.But then when i went to turn on the computer.....nothing happened still....no beeps...and no display.Plus when i switch the PSU On....my LED's lights turn on my two fans, the cpu fan and some other fan.I think when i switch the PSU on...it powers into sleep mode. But when i press my power button....it powers the whole computer on...So i wait for like two minutes then i see the monitor go brighter then blank and in the top left i see a small blinking rectangle.....but after a minute it stops blinking...then nothing else happens!

Here is my Specs:
Computer:IBUYPOWER GAMER POWER AMD AM660FX

CPU:AMD FX-Series Eight-Core FX-8320 Processor 3.5 GHz

RAM:8 GB DDR3 RAM; DVDRW Drive

HDD:1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive

GPU:MSI Radeon HD7750 1GB Graphics

OS:Windows 8.1

If there is no beeps I believe it is problems with the motherboard, MSI motherboards are also not the best quality.

I had a similar problem and it had turned out my motherboard, CPU and PSU burnt out, but you say you got a new PSU and your CPU fan spins so it may only be your motherboard.

If no other solutions works I'd suggest buying a new one.

I forgot to mention that it doesn't show the post-boot image either......plus my keyboard doesn't light up..only my mouse does. But like i said, when i switch the PSU power button on.....it powers up only my CPU Fan and the big fan,and also my LED lights come on,nothing else. Except that when i press my computer's power button after i turn on my PSU's....it powers up the whole system but there is no confirming beep or post-boot image.Just thought i'd point that out again
