The best i could do was this,

http://tiptop.lt/vaizdo-plokste-giga-byte-pcie16-r9-270...
http://tiptop.lt/hdd-sata-1tb-7200rpm-6gb-s-64mb
http://tiptop.lt/psu-corsair-cx-600w-80-plus-bronze
http://tiptop.lt/cpu-fx-x6-6300-sam3-box-95w-3500
http://tiptop.lt/operatyvioji-atmintis-adata-ddr3-adata...
http://tiptop.lt/msi-970a-g46-970-dualddr3-1866

I would rather use the next motherboard which is really better, but more expensive,
http://tiptop.lt/mb-amd-970-sb950-sam3-atx-m5a97
if you can find the money for it get this one.

the next psu is modulair and maybe you like that, but again more expensive,
http://tiptop.lt/maitinimo-blokas-cooler-master-thunder...
if you don't want it to be modulair the corsair will be good enough with your budget.

Going through all those pages I puted up, I manage to get this:
gigabyte radeon 7870 2gb
amd fx 8320
gigabyte 970-ud3p
1tb hdd 7200 rps
ddr3 1x4 gb 1866
psu : 600w
for 670$(1765LT)
but only 4gb so dont know should i go for it and later add another 4 or buy cheaper parts and 8 gb of ram?

It's up to you.

I think with mine you've about the same performance gpu wise most of the times and with some games better, maybe the cpu gives a few fps less, but look for that yourself,
Here it differs a a little
http://uk.hardware.info/reviews/4437/42/intel-core-i7-4...
here another comparison,
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/699?vs=698
My option is about right on the mark with your budget, would you like to spend more i would put the asus motherboard in that one and be satisfied. With this one you already would have the 8gb ram.

Read some more reviews if you doubt it,also about the r9 270.

I still have few days to decide so I think it through.
But why do you think asus would be better choise? asus mobo is 4+2 phase gigabyte 8+2 phase
in the future with good cooler i could overclock fx 6300 better with 8+2 phase i think.

I probably was to lazy to check all your parts so i compared with my own.
It would be nice if you either placed links for or at least put a price with your components.

Yes for about the same price the gigabyte would be a good choice too.

This psu is a better choice and yes that is a good idea to buy another stick of ram later, remember it must be exactly the same.

Is 520w will be enough for OC?
