$400 Flash Game PC Build

I'm looking for a $400 build that will support VERY low-end games like flash games. Monitor must be included.
I will be recording aswell. Keep in mind that I want to be able to upgrade in the future. :wahoo:

I don't usually recommend getting a laptop but in this case I feel it might be perfect! They are portable and many of them have built in microphones if you would like to record your voice (they aren't very good though). Around the internet and in the reviews for this product people are saying a lot of good things about this laptop: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230960

However if you are set on getting a desktop computer, I recommend going with the build lucasz suggested.

I forgot to say I don't need an OS or an optical drive.
If possible, I would rather have a 1080p monitor. I have my own microphone.
In addition, I want a desktop PC because I would like to be able to upgrade in the future, as I stated above.
