I have 2 HP P7-1232 desktops with a Josh H61-UATX Mobo and have the same issue with both. When turn on the fans come on, Mobo lights up, DVD drive and hard drive lights come on. But no display. When I remove the ram or CPU and boot, it does do any post codes. I have tried a different video card with no luck. When powering down (even if only on for a couple seconds) It takes 15 seconds of holding down the power button to shut off. The power light on the front does not turn on and after a second or so of being on the HDD light turns off.... I am at my wits end.... I believe it is the mobo and if so could you suggest a cheap option to replace and quick!? Thank you!
