Formating problem Z87-Pro

Hi,

I have builded my first pc a month ago, heres my config

-Cooler Master Storm stryker case
-Asus Z87-pro
-i5 4670 3.4ghz
-8gb ram
-Gtx 770 Oc gigabyte
-top power 650w
-Samsung 840 SSD 120gb

I think a have installed the wrong driver or something like that cuz i have poor performance in game... fps drop a 20fps bf4 ultra. and i cant play sonic & all stars racing cuz it lag so much like 15fps ...

I think this is my powersupply, hes like 4-5 years old and not bronze certified. so now i got a brand new power supply coming 750w bronze.

im trying to reformat my ssd to restart my pc from the beginning, I boot from cd and when im at windows screen. my mouse and my kewboard dont work !! so i cant do anything, i check the BIOS .. advanced mode . enable all USB thing . and still not work . help plz

and is the AI suite 3 is realy usefull ? its not slowing my pc ?

Have a feeling it is your PSU, the Topower 650 only has about 516 watts on the 12 volt rail and with it's age, good cahnce not even that, things should be better with the new one, think I'd wait till the new one arrives to do anything, unless you pull the GPU and run from the on-board GPU in your 4670K, otherwise might fry something

Are the mouse and keyboard wireless or wired? Try wired config? Make sure you are actually running on the GPU and not the iGPU.

I meant using wired - surprised by the fact that it isn't working with wired devices. Try a different mouse or keyboard temporarily? Sorry.

Got my new power supply, Corsair 750w bronze. nothing change loll bf4 ultra gpu usage at at 55-60% , fps drop at like 20fps on my 720p screen ... dont know what to do now .. probably my drivers but i can reformat, my mouse and keyboard did not work when im the formating screen ... help lol

got fps drop in wow too loll 20 fps in wow a 7-8 years old game with a 770 oc loll and im not able to reformat

Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers?

yes.. i think ... how can I check that. i got Nvidia experiance for graphics card driver who automatic tell me when another driver is available for download but for bios driver i dont know how it work. I installed all the driver on the CD in the Z87 box... if i download a new bios driver, do i need to delete the old one ? or it erase automatic ? and whats mobo ?

Can check dates and versions of drivers in DEVICE MANAGER, then go to mobo website and compare to see if any newer available

nope i still got the problem ... and sometime my pc blue screen and restart lol ... i buyed that pc around 1500$

, i cant reformat !!!

My pc is ok now, but i paid for this! Performance problem was drivers and reformat problem was my gaming keyboard and mouse ... cuz when we reformat, we dont have USB driver .. and keyboard and mice work with usb so you need to reformat with oldschool mouse and keyboard with the oldschool plug lol i was disapointed when he told me
