My laptop processor does not meet minimum requirements: Can I still run DayZ standalone?

Hello. My apologies for what is undoubtedly a common question. I'm dying to play DayZ standalone but unfortunately my laptop's specifications are in question, and I have little knowledge on the subject.

My specifications are:
AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6480G
3.6GB usable RAM
Windows 7 64-bit.

I meet the minimum specifications in all departments except for the processor. For reference, the minimum required is Intel Dual-Core 2.4 GHz or AMD Dual-Core Athlon 2.5 GHz.

Is this deficiency enough to prevent me from playing? I of course am comfortable at the minimum settings but I am concerned about how it will affect framerate. Is there any way I can test my computer to see if it will run DayZ, or a game with similar specifications, before purchasing? A demo or some sort?

Thanks in advance.

To find out if your pc can run DayZ, go to the link provided, and input your laptop's specifications (www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=4843&game=DayZ)
